Sacred Home Birth | Atlanta Birth Photographer
It is the highest honor to be invited into sacred spaces to support a Mother birthing new life into the world.
While we should never seek validation beyond our creator. I have never received quite as many confirmations on my journey like I have stepping into birth work. I’ve been blessed by two different denominations of Priests in passing — simply upon hearing my call to birth work.
I understand that our purpose in this assignment is rooted much deeper than simply capturing these powerful images.
We are in a time when Women are returning home to themselves after a radical disassociation from our bodies for generations. The most powerful purpose God designed Women to BE naturally is a multiplier — life creator — we have a physical womb,
a spiritual womb,
and an emotional womb.
Give her groceries; she will make it a feast.
Give her a house; she will make it a home.
Give her an idea; she will make you a business.
Give her the seed; she will make a baby.
This is why it is vital that WE WOMB-MAN protect our emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies. We will multiply everything we receive.
The more connected to our wombs we are, the more aligned we walk in our divine design.
Being welcomed in to document Samantha Smith’s Home Birth with her loving circle of friends — who are all birth keepers — was an extraordinary honor. Each of these remarkable women is a blessing to other Women in our Georgia community, hands on or off Sister love is exactly how birth was intended.
There is a profound difference between the personalization and love I witness during home births — unfolding naturally, in divine timing — versus a forced induction, in a hospital bed, IVs, catheter, heart rate monitor, and a cascade of medical interventions designed to speed up God’s process.
Birth is deeply personal; this plan calls for a bold, courageous Mother chosen by a very special kind of Soul emerging on Earth.
