is it anxiety or intuition?

Anxiety comes when you worry about the future rather than being in the present. The feeling is tight, contraction in the body, sweaty palms, and shortness of breath. The voice inside pesters with nasty tones of shame and doubt.

Intuition is calm, certain and, knowing.

Sit down comfortably, eyes closed, and inhale while counting to four,
hold it for four,
then exhale for four.
Repeat this until you are settled into your body
then ask a question.
NO will feel like tightness.
YES will be .

to strengthen
your intuition

  • Your body is primary tool to connect to your intuition. Many people don’t know what their body and mind feels like without coffee, sugar, a constant flow of advertisements, social media and the opinions of others we welcome in daily. When you cut the noise you will hear that voice inside even louder. Try it for 24 hours:
Treat yourself to a detox of your mind, body and auric field.
    1. Log off social media
    2. Eat Clean + Drink water (no coffee or sugar)
    3. Release + Rest (go for a walk in nature, dance, sing, paint, write
    4. Take a bath and/or nap

Notice everything that comes up for you.

  • When you over-ride the voice that very clearly told you “not to it” not only do you experience the consequence. Every-time you choose to over-ride and silence your intuition the quieter it will become. The more you honor, listen and act on your intuition the stronger and louder it becomes.

  • Developing a daily practice to connect to your intuition is the most powerful self care practice you can implement.
Finding your favorite way to connect is deeply personal and unique for every person. Meditation is how you connect to your intuition, but meditation does not have to look like sitting in silence with your hands on your knees. It may look different for everyone. Some may connect and receive downloads while taking a shower, folding laundry, washing dishes, going for a walk, drawing, free writing or during sleep.

When you get intentional with your practice; example: ask a question before you begin the activity you will receive a clear response.
